Philip Toyer 'Perfect for us.'
Stayed with wife and sister in law for 2 nights and it was perfect for us.

Exactly as described on website and reviews, we really enjoyed our stay and would have
no hesitation in recommending it to anybody.
Thank you Jane-hope you continue to welcome satisfied customers( like us) for years to come.
16th April, 2014 - 5/5

Mrs. Veronica O'Neil 'Short Stay'
My husband and I visited the Haseley Coach House for just one overnight stay,

we were attending a wedding in a nearby venue.
It was perfect for the occasion, the room was immaculately clean and as stated on the website
"Jane Richards offers you a warm and professional welcome to Haseley Coach House".
This is most certainly true, Jane could not have been more helpful.
14th April, 2014 - 5/5

Matt Clemmy 'Great'
Stayed here for 2 nights on business.

Room was very clean and well kept, Jane was very helpful including lending wellies for the short walk to the pub.
Would definitely stay again.
10th April, 2014 - 5/5

Mrs. Vicki Woods 'Great destination'
This facility was very clean, comfortable and affordable.

The owner went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.
She went so far as to provide us with a ride into town to site see and to the rail station the next day.
Highly recommend and would visit again if the opportunity came about.
8th April, 2014 - 5/5

Stephen Preston 'Wedding weekend'
We came down for my sons wedding in Warwick and chose the Haseley Guest House as it was close

to the Hatton Village hall.
We found the accommodation and service excellent and will be staying again when we travel to visit
1st April, 2014 - 5/5

Mr. Robin Alexander 'Recommended'
Stayed overnight recently and can whole heartedly recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable and, a particular thing of mine, with a hot powerful shower.Jane was very friendly and helpful, when we checked in she topped up the coffee supplies and then
brought us some fresh milk, a really nice touch.A very quiet location which suited us but might not be right for everyone,
two decent pubs nearby, one within walking distance. We went for the optional "full English" which set us up well for a days sight seeing.
If I'm in the area in the near future I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
25th March, 2014 - 5/5

Mr. Thomas Gleave 'What a find!'
We booked a room here at the very last minute as we were passing through the area.

Upon arriving we given a very warm welcome and shown to our room.
It was perfect for our needs, very warm and very clean.
We ventured into Warwick which was close by (there was also a pub walking distance away).
After a great nights sleep and lovely warm shower, we were greeted in the coach house with a slap up breakfast
which was simply delicious.
Jane was so friendly and we will definitely be visiting again!
18th March, 2014 - 5/5

Mr. Rodney Bye 'Relaxing Break'
We booked a three night break after reading several reviews and were not disappointed.

The room was clean and warm and the tea and coffee replenished regularly.
Superb location for Warwick Castle and surrounding countryside and we definitely hope to visit again

Mr. Jean Mateos 'Very nice stay'
Welcoming, cosy, quiet.
What a nice idea, if you want to avoid the inhuman usual hotels!

5th March, 2014 - 5/5

Mrs. Nina Adamyk 'Great place to stay'
My daughter and I recently stayed for our second visit and we love this hotel.

The accommodation is pretty, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The location is very convenient for Warwick Castle.
And this has to be the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at.

Jane the owner is so accommodating and willing to help with whatever you need.
She makes you feel extremely welcome! (And cooks a delicious breakfast by the way).
We would definitely stay here again!

17th February, 2014 - 5/5

Mrs. Wendy Argent 'Warwick university.'
My son and I stayed here prior to an interview at Warwick University.

For parents with children at the University, the location is really convenient, with a fabulous pub/restaurant very close by.
The accommodation is clean, new, with parking outside each room and such a homely feel.
The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast looks fantastic.
They are so accommodating and friendly it is like home.
14th February, 2013 - 5/5

Mr. Steve Rhodes 'Nothing too much trouble'
An excellent location, warm welcome, service 'above & beyond' (Jane took collection of some vouchers

for us so that we didn't have to wait in) and a very comfortable & well equipped room.
Oh yes nearly forgot ... the breakfast was superb.
13th February, 2014 - 4/5

Mrs. Sue Tanser 'Very accommodating'
Friendly welcome from owner who was happy to help with local information and recommend places to eat,

The Falcon which is walking distance and the service and food very good.
On arrival our room was clean and lovely and warm as the owner had thoughtfully put an extra fire in
and the under floor heating and heated towel rail in the bathroom was most pleasant on a cold January day.
The bedroom, although not large was adequate in size for us and our dogs as long as you do not want to
spend long periods in your room.
It made the perfect base for us and is very dog friendly, good walks along the canal and on Warwick racecourse.
Free internet, dogs free and good shower are always important.
We had to leave early on the first morning and the owner made us sausage and bacon sandwiches to take with us,
much appreciated later that morning.
8th February, 2014 - 5/5

Mrs. Laura Baker 'Lovely'
I recently stayed at Haseley Coach house for a romantic getaway without the kids for my husband's birthday.

We had a lovely break.
The owner helpfully recommended a lovely place for dinner and lent us wellies and torches
so we could walk across the fields.
She also provided soya milk especially for me, even in the room for tea.
Thoughtfully she also ordered in soya yoghourt for my breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable with good quality cotton bedding and a good shower and heated bathroom floor.
We had such a good stay that I booked again for a business trip to the NEC. I'm sure we will be back.

5th February, 2014 - 5/5

Mr. Giles Shorrock 'Great'
As a regular visitor to this excellent motel, I find as always a warm welcome,

very comfortable and well appointed rooms and a superb breakfast, in a peaceful location.
2nd February, 2014 - 5/5

Miss Lauren Drew 'Lovely!'
We were greeted straight away by our hostess who was truly lovely.

She showed us straight to our room and explained about the room and breakfast area,
also recommended a few places to visit.
We are fairly local to the hotel and just chose to have a change of scenery for the night
and although it rained a lot we found relaxation and comfort in our room.
We both enjoyed the room, myself for the heated bathroom floor and the luxury shower and
my boyfriend loved the football on the TV!
Breakfast was delicious and for some reason we both really enjoyed the fresh juice!
Thank you very much Jane for making our short stay so relaxed - just what we needed!
Jane is a lovely lady who clearly cares for her guests!

Ms. Amy Pryke 'beautiful location'
We loved this little place, set down a quiet lane and next to a beautiful church.

Unfortunately we were only here for one night but would loved to have stayed longer.
We had an amazing meal at the local pub, The Falcon, only a short walk through the field.
The owner was really lovely and helpful - she even gave us a tesco receipt for half price into Warwick Castle.
30th October, 2013 - 4/5

Christine Hough 'Lovely stay!!'
Had a great couple of days stay here, nice warm clean rooms and could park right outside…

I slept far better here than our previous 3 nights in a top class hotel!!!
Lovely quiet rural area with a local pub just a very short walk in the dark at the edge of a field,
Jane provided us with torches and wellies and was well worth it as the food there was lovely.
She provided a wonderful breakfast and helped us with the best route into Warwick…
nothing was too much trouble for her; a great hostess and would go back anytime!
24th October, 2013 - 5/5

Mrs. Christine Varley 'Pleasant stay'
Stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and modern with everything we needed, including free wifi. It was quiet at night, so slept well and very convenient for visiting Stratford, Leamington etc. Would stay again if in the area.

Ideal location for exploring around warwick.
Good breakfast too.
9th September, 2013 - 4/5

Mrs. Carole Farrell 'Haseley Coach House'
Had a superb 5 day break. Everything first class, from the spotless accommodation

to the freshly, cooked to order, breakfast (yummy) served piping hot.
Lots of places nearby for evening dining and with Warwick and Stratford not far away
there is plenty to do and see during the day.
Jane is such a nice lady and gave us lots of tips and advice for our days out
such as where best to park, park and ride etc.
Even supplied us with a 'two for one' vouchure for Warwick Castle.
We will definitely stay again.
3rd September, 2013 - 5/5

Mrs. Patricia Bateson 'A one night stay'
We stayed here in room 20 on 25th August.

The welcome we received when we arrived was warm and friendly and our room
was just right with everything we needed.
The bathroom had a shower and washbasin and looked new. Everything was very clean.
If we are in that area again we will book her again.
27th August, 2013 - 4/5

Ann and Graeme Hudson 'A visit to Warwick Castle'
We enjoyed our stay and had a good welcome from Jane.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was good and there was plenty.
I think the breakfast could be improved by offering prepared fruit
and sourcing the cooked breakfast from local organic suppliers.

We would recommend for overnight stays in the area.

27th August, 2013 - 4/5

Mrs. Jennifer Reynolds 'Haseley Coach House'
Very welcoming, enjoyed the stay.

26th August, 2013 - 5/5

Mr. Derek May 'good stay'
From the moment we arrived to when we left we were made to feel at home.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Haseley Coach House has the advantage of being in the quiet of the country but not to far away

from the centre of things.
The breakfast choice was good be it the continental or the full blown thing..
When we find ourselves back that way we will definately go back and stay

21st August, 2013 - 5/5

Susan Pugh 'Sue and Ian'
Just spent 2 nights at Haseley Coach House and we could not fault it.

Rooms were immaculately clean, the atmosphere was informal and the breakfasts were awesome.
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.
12th August, 2013 - 5/5

Mr. Tom Forster 'Great place to stay'
Stayed here for a wedding and it was just what I needed.

The Coach House has nicely furnished rooms set in quite surroundings.
Had a great Full English in a lovely breakfast room full of character.
The stay was very reasonably priced and the owner was very helpful and flexible
with regard to check in times.
Also when our taxi failed to show up the owner drove us to the station so that we didn't miss our train.
Great place to stay.
12th August, 2013 - 5/5

Mrs. Connie Cousins 'Lovely stay and delicious breakfast '
We found Haseley Coach House through Trip Advisor and we are so happy we did.

The room is fully equiped and the shower in the bathroom was fabulous - great shower pressure
and lots of hot water. WiFi was fast which was really good.
Jane, the owner, is very accomodating having provided us with an ice bucket filled
with ice when we asked where to buy ice. Overall a very nice stay.
2nd August, 2013 - 5/5

2nd August, 2013 - 5/5

Mrs. Jennifer Sutch 'Lovely'
This is a lovely place to stay. Jane is very friendly and accommodating.

We were able to come and go - the motel style rooms give privacy and freedom.
Car can be parked right outside the door.
Very clean and comfortable, peaceful and relaxing - we visited last year and were
in the area again so didn't hesitate to return to stay here.
A pub to eat in a short walk away - the pub had just changed hands and
they are still
finding their feet, a little more expensive than we are used to but the food was excellent.
1st August, 2013 - 5/5

Mrs. Doreen Laird 'Excellent Stay'
Quiet central location for touring the area. First class facilities and plent parking.

Very helpful and friendly.

Norman Douglas 'Going to the gamefair'
Jane looked after us so well when we visited the last gamefair in 2010 staying three nights,

making our breakfast very early to let us on our way.
Nothing is a problem to her, so this year we stayed again for three nights.
Never even considered booking elsewhere.

and makes just about the BEST breakfast about!
She even made a veggie breakfast for my husband! Would definitely recommend a stay!

The owner Jane is just wonderful. She makes you feel so at home. Thanks.
10th June, 2013 - 5/5

Rebbeca Hart 'Thank you'
Thank you for making our stay with you so comfortable - room was lovely.

Very accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day.
Would definitely return again if in the area.

27th May, 2013 - 5/5

Ms. Teresa Fuller 'ideal with young children'
Stayed one night and found it very convenient with toddler - plenty of space for travel cot

and no stairs to negotiate! Nice clean room, better ensuite than many hotels.

Jane was friendly and helpful. She provided a highchair at breakfast and could have

supplied a travelcot but we brought our own.
If only I had let Jane know that I was vegetarian she would have accommodated
with veggie sausages for breakfast, as it was I was happy to have everything but the meat
and the breakfast was very good.

Would definitely stay again if in the area.

21st May, 2013 5/5

Chris Rutherford 'Happy Visitors'
We enjoyed our short stay. Both the room and en-suite were well presented,

freshly decorated, linen was lovely and clean, and the bed very comfortable.
The en-suite was modern, the tiled floor enjoying underfloor heating, and also a good hot shower.
Before leaving we received a hearty English breakfast in the small and welcoming breakfast room.
We walked to the local pub for our evening meal, that although quite quiet,
served nicely prepared food in the restaurant area.
We would come back.
6th May, 2013 - 5/5

Sitso 'Wedding Party'
We had a fantastic experience at the hotel - Jane was extremely helpful and accommodating,

and her full English breakfast was the perfect way to start the day!
We were attending a wedding at Hatton village hall which is a quarter mile from the hotel,
she provided torches for our (slightly intoxicated) walk back in the evening
- rooms are comfy and very modern, would definitely recommend if attending any local weddings,
and Warwick is only a 15 minutes drive away. Thanks again Jane!
30th April, 2013 - 5/5

Mr. Gwylym Gibson 'Perfect stay'
Lovely warm welcome followed by a beautifully decorated room which was very clean. The host is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you stay as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast was the best I've experienced at a Bed & Breakfast/Hotel

17th April, 2013 - 5/5

Georgina Jury 'excellent'
Would highly recommend the hotel. The room was bright and spacious.

We could park outside our room which was most convenient as we have two young children.
Jayne was very welcoming of both young and old alike.
She was very accommodating of a young family serving breakfast at a time to suit us.
Breakfast was good - offering a wide selection to suit all family members.
The location was close o the M40 and easy to find.
Five minutes drive from Warwick Castle.
15th April, 2014 - 5/5

Ms. Clare Mcglone 'wonderful stay'
Jane is the most lovely host, and no query or request was an issue. I even misordered breakfasts
(and was late for breakfast!) which was met without even a bat of an eyelid.
I booked here because the reviews had been so nice and said that the rooms were really warm,
and they really were! it was utterly freezing out when we stayed but each time we got back,
the warmth of the room and the welcome was so delightful.
It was a real comfort to to be able to park the car right outside the room.
Yes you have to walk outside to get to the breakfast room, but its no real hardship
and both rooms are warm and welcoming.
The breakfasts were fantastic and Jane is lovely to chat to.
She obviously has many people that come back again and again and I don't really blame them!
its a great setting, just outside enough to feel quiet and relaxing but just minutes away from
Warwick and the sites around.
We can heartily recommend the Hatton Arms for food and the staff were lovely too.
Didnt visit the pub that was just a walk away but I'm told its good.
Ask Jane for advice of where to go, she has good knowledge of the area and seems to love what she does. I would definitely stay again!
8th April, 2013 - 5/5

 Mr. David King 'awesome time'
Jane was awesome and the Accomodations were great. I would recommend this to anyone!

Rooms very comfortable with beautifully appointed shower rooms (all newly fitted).

be staying again in the future. Highly recommended.

10th December, 2012-  5/5

Mr. Peter Marritt 'Top marks !'
Our satnav failed to find it, but we managed to find it nevertheless.
(I recommend that other people put in a bit of research beforehand).
It was a horrible night, but the welcome was warm and the room was too.
We had a good overnight stay, and the breakfast was great

4th December, 2012 - 5/5
Piotr Szolucha 'Everything you need:)'
This stay was so much better than the business class hotels I'm usually using.

Jane welcomed us with open arms and warm beds and lots of coffee next morning.
3rd December, 2012 - 5/5

Nick Rodgers Very welcoming host. Great breakfasts. Lovely room with modern facilities. Convenient base for travelling to Warwick and surounding area.
8th November, 2012 - 5/5

Mrs. Kate Maltby 'Perfection'
Jane the owner was most welcoming, she allowed us to book in early so we could leave our belongings and get a key before heading off to a show at the NEC. The rooms were clean, modern, well equipped, beautifully decorated & had lovely soft furnishings. The en-suite was modern and sparkling clean with underfloor heating. It's the first time I've ever stayed anywhere that looked exactly as the website portrays! Breakfast was a choice of cereals, yoghurt, toast and jams or cooked with tea, juice and coffee. Jane was attentive yet unobtrusive and went above and beyond the call of duty. On our last morning there she gave a young American couple a lift to the train station to make sure they got there on time and didn't get lost, not something other hotels would do! The rooms are 'Motel style' in that they each have their own front door and you can park directly outside your room but they are of excellent hotel quality. The coach house is well placed to visit Warwickshire, it is a short distance to Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham and Stratford. We would definitely recommend to all and will be returning before too long.
21st October, 2012 - 5/5

Mr. Steve Dorking 'Book Now.'

Carol Harris
I would highly recommend staying at Haseley Coach House Motel. The room was spotlessly clean had everything I needed for my stay and it is in a lovely location in a country lane near an old Church. Jayne was so helpful and friendly, she went out of her way to ensure my stay ran smoothly. She is a very energetic and enthusiastic host. Would definitly stay there again. 17th October, 2012-  4/5

Robert Findlater 'Excellent!'
The Haseley Coach House is an excellent establishment conveniently located for the sights of Warwick but nicely tucked away for those individuals like me who are looking for total peace and quiet after a hectic day in the office. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the facilities are all that I require, the breakfasts are hot, freshly cooked and fab and the prices are very reasonable. My stays are always well managed and I never feel like I've been 'processed' as in some large corporate establishments. I thoroughly enjoy staying here.
15th October, 2012 - 5/5

James Steven 'My Stay 18/9/12'
I arrived late evening and was met by a very pleasant host who made me some sandwiches which was not part of my booking , this was very welcome. Standard of accommodation was excellent and breakfast in the morning was first class. Overall a very pleasant experience and when in the area on future business I will staying here

Miss. Rebecca Livesey 'Overnight for a wedding'
My husband and I stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby and we found everything to be lovely. Although we didn't spend alot of time in our room, the bed was very comfortable, the room clean and nicely decorated and the surrounding area quiet and peaceful. Jane the owner was very pleasant and at our request provided us with a delicious breakfast the next morning for a very reasonable price.
We would definately choose to stay here again were we to need accomodation in this area again.
6th September, 2012 - 5/5

Jeremy Sleap 'Great stay'
Great place to stay in a quiet location and the rooms are comfortable. though go for a bigger one if you need a bit of space. Owner really helpful and breakfast was good.
Pub easy walk for dinner - across a field
5th September, 2012 - 4/5

Neil Harrison 'The personal touch makes all the difference'
What a great place to rest after a long days work, 10 mins off the M40. The welcome from Jane was personal and very friendly. Everything explained and advised on shopping and places to eat. This is the type of personal service that none of the big hotels can match. Room was absolutely fine, everything you could need. believe it or not it was almost too quiet at night, only the sound of a distant owl disturbed the silence - just perfect. The breakfast in the morning was fresh, filling and great value. If you are looking for an alternative to the faceless hotel chains then try this place out!!
28th August, 2012 - 5/5

Geoff Tilley 'FIRST CLASS BUDGET ACCOMMODATION'

I can't really fault this B & B, we stayed here as we were attending the wedding of a friend locally.
Rooms were clean, well decorated, spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was only to happy to help with any request.

Jane And Malcolm Webb 'Enjoyable Stay'
We stayed for three nights at Haseley Coach House, the owner Jane was very welcoming and the room though small was very nice. The cooked breakfasts were scrummy and we enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return there.

Mrs. Jennifer Sutch 'Friendly with freedom!'
Friendly, clean and welcoming; a lovely place to stay with the freedom of your own front door. The fact that breakfast is an extra (and 2 options too) means further freedom of choice. Excellent value. Although the hot water took a while to come through we were duly warned of this and therefore prepared - and there was plenty of hot water whenever it was wanted. Not on the main road it was very peaceful and quiet at night, yet a lovely restaurant just a short walk away. Will go again next time we're in the area.

Derek Middlehurst 'July 2012'
This was my first time staying at Haseley Coach House and definitely will not be my last. I was greeted by Jane and made to fee welcome immediately. The local pub, The Falcon, is only a short walk away along the bridle path and offers greet food. My room was spotless; the wireless internet connection worked with no charge and how often can you sit outside a room enjoying the evening in total peace and quiet? Jane and her family are really friendly and I would recommend this little secret retreat to anyone. Thank you Jane for your hospitality and the best poached eggs I have tasted for years!

Haseley Coach House is a hotel facility I now regularly use. It is clean, quiet, good value for money and the owner is extremely pleasant and helpful plus the cooked breakfast is excellent.

Mr. Ian Kane 'Wedding group'
We came as three couples, me and my wife, our two daughters and their partners plus one six week old. We drove up from the south coast and found the coach house very hospitable, personal, comfortable and convenient for attending a wedding nearby. The bonus was being able to spend a few spare hours before we left at the very enjoyable Hatton Locks. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area. My daughters who have friends in nearby Solihull have said the same.

Very friendly, very clean, very comfortable, reasonable price, excellent breakfast, in fact everything you need for a BB. The owner was very welcoming and put her self out offering to post our mail and to provide an iron as we were guests at a local wedding. Corrine Stott 'Home from Home'
We have been staying at the Coach House now for several years and have always been pleased with our visit. Nothing is too much trouble for Jane the proprietor.
Lovely rooms, excellent breakfast situated in a rural location, easy to get to from the N.E.C.only 15 minute journey with prices which are reasonable especially when you have several shows per year.
Would recommend the coachouse every time.
